Who we are

This website belongs to Sukoon Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We decide why and how the details you send us are used, which makes us the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form, and only when you send it:

• your name
• your phone number
• your district or state
• what you need (for example a tractor or attachments) and the kind of farm or operation you run
• your email address, if you choose to give one
• anything you add in the details box

We do not ask for Aadhaar, bank or card details, or anything else we do not need to prepare a quotation. Please do not put them in the details box.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your number and what you tell us, as with any call or message.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing about other products.

We use it because you asked us to and agreed to it when you ticked the box on the form.

Who sees it

Our sales and service team. A few companies also handle your details for us, only to run this website:

• Supabase keeps the enquiry in a database in India.
• Resend delivers the email that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived.
• Upstash briefly sees the network address of your device, to stop automated abuse of the form. It is not stored with your enquiry.
• Netlify, our website host, serves the pages and passes the form to our database.

Some of these companies may process data outside India. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, analytics or social-media pixels, and it stores nothing in your browser while you read it. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Our staff sign-in uses cookies on the staff-only admin pages. Visitors never receive them.

Some product pages show a video. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play: then the video plays from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, YouTube sees your device's network address and may store cookies of its own, under Google's privacy policy. If you would rather not, leave the video unplayed: the rest of the page works without it.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to two years after we last spoke to you about it. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details of yours we hold
• correct them
• delete them
• stop contacting you (you can withdraw your consent whenever you like)
• name someone who can use these rights for you if you die or are unable to

Write to the address below from the email or phone number you used, so we can find your enquiry. We will answer promptly and we will not charge you.

If we have not settled your concern, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is for farmers, businesses and institutions. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect details from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its date. The date above is the last change.
